New Years Day: 2014

Some people go out and party hard.

We made Ginger Bread houses with the grandkids.  First are the basic ingredients of any well constructed Ginger Bread house.  The trim!

The houses.  And, each grandchild had their own.  I like to encourage property ownership, ya know.

I thought this looked a lot like an outhouse.  But, I kept that opinion to myself. Note the frosting that bonds the construction components!

The frosting also serves as the glue for the trim.

And, there was even some trim left over to just eat.

Nice and quiet.  Well, sort of.  Four little kids running around was just a different sort of celebration.
