These images were taken last year. It was raining so the outdoor ceremony was moved indoors.
Various family members were called forward to lay a wreath in memory of their loved ones.

The Great Balloon Fest in Hudson, Wisconsin: 1
The Balloon Festival is held the second week of February each year in Hudson, Wisconsin. Due to the winter weather, you need to dress warm. And often, the balloons just fill up with air and don't lift off due to wind or snow.
And some of the spectators are fun to photograph!
