D-Day 80yrs Ago

 

It was a horrible day.  And it was necessary. 

Rock Hounds:

Meet David!   He had a passion for rocks.   And he had an infectious smile and laugh.

We had a great chat about Rock Hounds ( a group dedicated to finding various types of rocks, polishing some, etc).  I found the exhibit fascinating.  

And he was a guitar player, too!

Wrapping up the Alman's Shooter Show

 I circled back to get this gentleman's photo after seeing him in the distance and missing him when I got to the tent in which he was volunteering.   I liked the beard a lot.

Meet a lovely mother with her lovely daughter.   I saw them wandering about and was thrilled to see them interested in shooting.  And the hearing protection was good.  Well done, Mom!
