Jesse James

Jesse and Frank James were the only two who managed to escape the failed bank robbery of Northfield.  They separated from the Younger brothers and rode south.

Both Jesse and Frank were Confederate soldiers who rode with Quantrill's Raiders.  Franks was a member when the group massacred 200 Union soldiers in Lawrence, Kansas.

For many people, Jesse James was a hero.  He symbolized the resistance and on-going struggle of the South after the Civil War.  He was known to be somewhat of a Robin Hood.  Needless to say, he was responsible for a number of deaths as he robbed stage coaches, trains, and banks.

Meet Jay!

He's played Jesse James for 14 years!  He doesn't look so fierce here, does he?  Maybe that cute baby he is holding softens him up a bit!

Thanks Jay!
