One of the local nurseries is doing a great job marketing itself by sponsoring various events.  Earlier this summer there was a pirates and fairies day for little kids.  I couldn't wait to bring a couple of little kids I know very well.

Of course, you need patient and talented pirate and fairy helpers to bring about the transformation.
