Meet Mayda:
She and her band had just finished playing when I first walked in. As the White Sidewalls were setting up, I had a chance to visit with her behind the stage.
She was most gracious with her time and permitted a photograph.
I was surprised over the last few days when Mayda showed up on the local news. She is traveling to S. Korea soon to play. While there, she hopes to find her birth parents and siblings.
When she returns, she is already thinking of a new album!
