I must confess for an attraction to vintage motorcycles. Certainly the technology and "ride" is a lot more comfortable today. But, these bikes were just the start of an era. And, you can see
You are looking at a Peugeot, 1952, 176 TC4. This bike served in the French army (Algeria) from 1954-1962, when it was returned to France and painted green. It was "discharged" from the army in 1970 where it then went into a private collection and placed into a museum.
The museum went bankrupt and the bike was put on the open market where it was purchased and shipped to Minnesota.
And, here it is.
This is just cool.
